Prohibition of Unauthorized Email Collection
For any email addresses posted on DRB websites, DRB rejects unauthorized email address collection through email address collection program or other technological method. In violation of this, you may be subject to the legal sanction under the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (“Information and Communications Network Act”)

- No one shall collect email addresses from an internet homepage which specifies the rejection of email address collection by using an automatic email address collecting program or other technical mechanism.
- Anyone who violates the provision of paragraph 1 above and collects email addresses shall not sell or distribute such email addresses.
- No one shall use an email address to transmit information, knowing that the email address is collected in violation of the prohibition of collection, sales and distribution under paragraphs 1 and/or 2 above.
