To preserve global environment and realize healthy society for humanity, DRB tries to strike a balance between business activities and environment, safety and health (ESH) and to strength the ability to execute ESH policy.

Environmental Management
To minimize negative impact on the environment due to business activities, DRB has established environmental management policy and direction, and continues to update them to keep pace with rapidly changing business environments and to do meet various demands of stakeholders. In addition, DRB has established a governance system to implement environmental management and strives to check out environmental issues related to DRB activities through communications with stakeholders on a regular basis.
DRB Green Management Policy
DRB will recognize global environment protection and response to climate change as a key agenda of its managerial activities, and as a corporate citizen will practice the following to realize sustainable, low-carbon, and eco-friendly economy.
- DRB will lead the response to climate change based on its green management strategy and lay out a foundation for green management.
DRB will recognize importance of protecting global environments and strive to minimize the greenhouse gas emission of its products and services as well as to expand its efforts to protect water resource, preserve marine biology, secure forest and biodiversity, decrease air pollution, reduce harmful materials and waste, save energy and increase recycling. - DRB will comply with international environmental standards, including international environmental initiatives, ISO and law and regulations of major countries, and establish its own environmental standards to develop it to the global level.
- In the entire business process, DRB will operate an eco-friendly system that minimizes environmental impacts and thus will provide differentiated values to customers.
- DRB will establish an environmental management system which applies to the entire DRB group and regularly examines and evaluates the environmental management of the company, and thereby will create a pleasant working environment and contribute to sustainable growth of the company.
- DRB will fully support the green management and improvement programs of both partner companies and the local communities, and thus will perform its corporate social responsibilities and disclose relevant information to stakeholders.
DRB’s corporate bodies in charge of production and sales, domestic international, perform their tasks in accordance with this environmental management policy. In addition, all members of DRB consciously recommend DRB suppliers and sales/service, including the affiliates and outsourcing partners, to comply with this environmental policy.
