Human Rights Grievance Channel

DRB actively responds to workplace human rights risks such as psychological distress, sexual harassment, and bullying.
DRB Grievance Channel:

  • DRB Healthy Workplace Culture Center(counselling@drbworld.com): A dedicated internal platform for employees to confidentially or anonymously report workplace psychological challenges, harassment, or misconduct.
  • DRB Happy Mint (https://drb.happymint.kr/): An independent grievance-handling channel in collaboration with external professional organizations, allowing members to safely consult or report issues.

All cases are classified by source, type, and content, then handled swiftly and transparently. DRB analyzes root causes and establishes preventive measures to foster a human rights–friendly workplace. In serious cases, the company not only conducts internal investigations and disciplinary actions but also cooperates with external experts to take necessary legal measures, ensuring the highest protection and safety for all members.
